Sharing Non Rev Access Is Simple
The days of having to be the family travel agent or sharing your work password are behind you! With ID90 Travel, you are able to grant access to the flight listing system to anyone that you share flight privileges with from your Pass Department.
Log in to ID90 Travel and go to your profile
Select the Eligible Travelers option to view all the people with flight privilege eligibility from your employer
With ID90 Travel, you no longer need to be the go-to person for booking flights for family and friends who share your flight privileges. Now, they can list themselves directly! Eligible Travelers include family members, partners, and close friends you’ve designated for non-revenue flight benefits. When booking non-rev tickets, you can manage these travelers under “Other Passengers.”
If someone is missing from your list, it’s likely because your employer hasn’t updated your flight privileges. You’ll need to contact them to add any missing individuals.
Why Share Access with Eligible Travelers? Handling other people’s travel can be time-consuming. Many employees prefer to grant direct access to avoid acting as a “full-time travel agent.” By doing so, you empower your Eligible Travelers to book their own flights.
Can Travelers Book via the Mobile App? At this time, the feature isn’t available in the app, but it’s expected soon.
Granting or Removing Access You can share booking access with travelers aged 18 and older. Removing access is simple: go to your profile, find the Eligible Traveler section, and click “Remove Access” on their card. Note that this won’t remove them from your list entirely or cancel existing bookings; for that, you’ll need your employer’s assistance.
Buddy Pass Travelers These individuals won’t appear in your Eligible Traveler list, and you remain responsible for booking their flights.
Correcting Contact Information If you’ve entered the wrong email for an Eligible Traveler, you can update it by clicking the “Resend Access” button.
Non-Rev Policies Eligible Travelers will have full access to view airline policies, including dress codes, in their trip itineraries and confirmation emails.
Finally, I can let my family manage their own flights without sharing my work login! This feature is a huge relief for airline employees.

The only downside is not being able to do this from the mobile app yet. Hopefully, they’ll add this feature soon
